  • Fabric was established to deliver development and regeneration schemes. Specifically, these schemes include neighbourhood renewal, property refurbishment and new build properties. <br /><br /> Our expertise is in producing solutions to the often complex issues involved in improving urban property and neighbourhoods. Fabric has a support team of key professionals with expertise that includes regeneration, town planning, architecture, structural engineering and quantity surveying. <br /><br /> The team have experience that ranges from improving individual properties to delivering large scale regeneration projects across the UK. In particular members of our team have not only delivered the development and improvement of individual sites and properties for residential, commercial and mixed use schemes, but have also supported the implementation of major development projects for town centres and neighbourhoods around the country. <br /><br /> This work has been for, and in partnership with, regeneration and development agencies (such as New East Manchester Ltd, Hulme Regeneration Ltd, the Homes and Communities Agency and the Department for Social Development), as well as with many local authorities, housing associations and a range of private sector property owners and developers.
